Ok, I looked at these, and if you check this guy's previous sales and feedback against them you might think it's a-mate-has-bid-them-up-con;

I apologise UNRESERVEDLY if I'm wrong but this SAME set (judging by the picture) were bid up by one SINGLE bidder to a rather high amount against another bidder - with POSITIVE feedback given for the completed SALE of these same ITEMS - and now they are for sale again - hmmm, I do check my cynicism levels but this seems to be to many co-incidental things going on.

I'd like to re-iterate - 'I apologise UNRESERVEDLY if I'm wrong '

Oh alright, then.

But if there is funny business going on, then all you have to do is make that single (low) bid, £99 in this case, then pull out.

If the seller's crony is bidding things up, then the lot will be knocked down to him, and the seller will have to stump up the listing fees. Just punishment, surely?

Looks like this sellers at it again - check out the price of these items

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130 000995569&fromMakeTrack=true

- 165 - then check completed listings - 175 - and then his feedback - he gave positive feedback for the guy for the exact same items (just as he's done for quite a few items in the past) which he is now selling - AGAIN

He's a scammer - buyers beware

I think he might be on the UK 5 Series Forum. I'll make enquiries....

I know him. He's a good guy and definitely not a scammer.
