Argentina, Brazil, England, Germany, Portgual & Toga.... ended up in three different sweepstakes so might manage a 1 - 2!
The world is a tragedy to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think.

Awh bugg$r, looks like Engurland might go a bit further than we first thought, if they push Portugal how many men will they lose????????

At least the consolation is they'll be out in the next game (Brazil, Spain or France)

Hmm interesting point, but going by the Germans games so far they are not interesting or dynamic so therefore most definitely not like the car!

Does anyone remember Euro '96 when England got knocked out by Germany, a small number of English fans rioted and damaged/rolled/smashed/torched German cars in the streets?  VW's Beamers and Mercs were all trashed by some mindless thugs!  We don't want a repeat of that!

As on saturday I will be working until 7pm again (bl**dy 12 hr shifts)so will not get to see the match, though if the highlights from sat are anything to go by I will not be missing much.

Best performance so far, Czech Republic which again is a b*mm*r for me cos I have USA in the works sweep   Not being a very good World cup for me then!!

On a brighter note have booked a week sunday off to go on a dealer visit where  believe I will be able to get a drive of an M6 or an M5 or possibly both . WOO  HOO .

With the exception of those I have met through the BMWCC, every Scottish person I have met have been really nice, warm and friendly!!!     (and the notable exception of 4 ***** in a bar in Edinburgh once)

If England had not made the finals, and Scotland had, we would all be behind Scotland.  Just like USA '94 when we were all behind Ireland.  However, I agree with the earlier point about the Scottish being a very proud and patriotic lot, and that we could with more of that down here south of the border!  So I say, fair play to the Scots, keep flying that blue and white flag!!!!!

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavours last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Well guys I hope you all print this out for the kick off at 17:00 hrs today!

And as big pimpin says, the only reason we will all be cheering for T&T tonight is to see the look on Linekar and co's faces when they do eventually go out as it is them and other Englafied media/commentators that put us lot up here right off supporting them!

The Ingurland squad is very good to watch with great skill,  I actually want them to win 3-1 as I'll win a large bet at work!

Come on Trinidad & Tabasco!

Yup, got the Jason Scotland Trinidad T shirt and it will be taken to work tomorrow!

I see Rooney is now match fit, still looks like he's had too much pies trotting around in his sleeveless tshirt!

England has a lot of great players, its just the media/commentators that pish me off!

Thought you might like this one

It is just before the England v Brazil match. Ronaldinho goes into the Brazilian changing room to find all his teammates looking a bit glum.

"What's up?" he asks.

"Well, we're having trouble getting motivated for this game. We know it's important but it's only England . They're sh*te and we can't be bothered."

Ronaldinho looks at them and says, "Well, I reckon I can beat them by myself-you lads go down the pub."

So Ronaldinho goes out to play England by himself and the rest of the Brazilian team go off for a few jars.

After a few pints they wonder how the game is going, so they get the landlord to put the teletext on. A big cheer goes up as the screen reads " Brazil 1 -
England 0 (Ronaldinho 10 minutes)". He is beating England all by himself!

A few pints later and the game is forgotten until someone remembers, "It must be full time now, let's see how he got on." They put the teletext on.
"Result from the Stadium ' Brazil 1 (Ronaldinho 10 minutes) - England 1 (Lampard 89 minutes)."

They can't believe it; he has single-handedly got a draw against England !!

They rush back to the Stadium to congratulate Ronaldinho. They find him in the dressing room, still in his gear, sitting with his head in his hands.

He refuses to look at them. "I've let you down, I've let you down."

"Don't be daft, you got a draw against England , all by yourself. And they only scored at the very, very end!"

"No, no, I have, I've let you down...I got sent off after 12 minutes."
