Hi all, I'm thinking about changing the engine mgt. chip in a '95 E38 M60 4ltr. Does anyone have any suggestions about: who to go to; what improvements are possible and whereabouts exactly is the chip and how easy is it to replace? Cheers all Dave |

Best method is to get the car remapped on a rolling road and this will cost around £300>400. A re-chip is a bog standard ECU e-prom upgrade, where a remap is personal to the particular engine compression ratio, engine and valve train wear, injection system etc etc and is truly worthwhile
