One not to miss folks, there will be a demonstation of  the A1 cars in manchester city centre on 11th 12th and 13th August with a street parade on the Sunday between 2pm and 3pm, there also loads of other stuff to do/see regarding Sky tv channels

Might be advisable not to drive into the city centre tho as most of it will be shut off to general traffic.

Despite the overcast weather that might have stopped some spectators from venturing out, it didn't hold back the 6 A1 GP drivers that put on a crackin' 1 hour demostration show, lead by Great Britains Robbie Kerr who decided to jump the count down and light it up from the start line, leaving the commentator a bit stuck for words with the cars 520 bhp (from a V8) bouncing off the surrounding buildings and the tyres leaving big fat number 11's everywhere, this set the tone for the rest of the demonstration, rolling smokey burnouts, fishtailing round the course, machine gun esq backfires on deceleration and a fantastic V8 shriek! Robbie Kerr was joined by drivers from Lebanon, China, Australia, Malaysia and Eire.

Pics to follow

Can anybody help me get the pics loaded up please
