I came across a Tech2 when I was younger.....a mate couldnt afford the HP so I got it for a steal and at the time I thought it was the dogs 'cos mines got the new rear lights and the better bodykit' but as time goes on you really see the tech1 being the better looking car with it being the under bumper bodykit!!! Thanks for your comment mate! Edited by falkster |

Judging by the nice styling changes on your E39, I'm sure it should come out alright in the end Ian!! |

i'm very tempted to keeping the E30 as is, but only cleaner .... the car is so origonal it might be a shame to start adding (or removing) aftermarket goodies ........ O MY GOD!!!! Did i just say that!! "quick someone pass me a MAX Power mag .. .. or something!!" once i start cleaning it up i'll decide what route i'm going with it, also i had a look through the hand book's that i got with it and found that it has service stamp's right up to 5000 miles ago: FSH, 116K, 20yr old E30 ... can't complain the only thing ive found not work (for now) are the elec mirror's ... the heated seat's work a treat |

Adrenaline Junk ... nice work, did you do the conversion yourself? ive saw a E36 converted and as far as i know the owner has put it back of the road again to carry on with his conversion and adding a 4 wheel drive system from a cossie
what power is your car putting out, what mod's has it? love it, looks like it should have been there from the factory |

Cheers, but no, i didn't do the conversion myself, it was done by the previous owner, just a few months ago! Its putting out about 350bhp from a few mods; T34, 0.63 exhaust housing, 360 degree thrust bearing and 6 degree cutback exhaust wheel, L8 ECU, MSD Closed loop chip specially written for the E30, with Pectal data streaming capabilities, MSD Coilpack conversion (the latest edition of the driver), Modified RWD MT75 gearbox to allow fitment to a YB engine and hydraulic clutch, RS500 Style alloy intercooler, Alloy radiator, Alloy turbo aftercooler radiator, Roose motorsport black boost hoses, Bosch 803 dark green injectors, Bosch 3 bar map sensor, And a few odd bits and pieces. Overall i'm really impressed with it |

adam thats a really nice looking e30 thats almost exactly what i want my e30 track car to look like....once i get round to buying another e30 and building it lol. flat black e30's are the best! not sure if i will bother with the 5 stud conversion though. what size of wheels is that?
