Just had a call from SWMBO, she stopped car at friends, all ok. Came out 10 mins later and clutch pedal slack and not working. Pumped it a few times and all fine again?

It was fine while I was driving it all weekend and seems to have sorted itself.... any ideas?

and please don't say master cylinder as that sounds v v expensive!

Doesn't matter what it is it will be expensive. Could be air in the system or leak? No expert I'm afraid get it checked by an decent indy.

No problem mate anytime.

May not be that bad I was just having a cynical day. Sorry don't know any decent indy down your neck of the woods. Try contacting the local BMW club they would probably be able to steer you in the right direction.

Will have to try to get in with the local clubs in France I guess.
