What's the difference between an E32 750 m/c & a 735 m/c?
I found the front callipers had the same part no. so bagged a set from a 735 for my 635. I took the m/c too but all the how-to guides suggest using a 750 m/c. Is there a difference? |

Not sure on the 735's production date though I can probably find out.
The 7-series m/c is to replace the 635's in order to avoid an over long pedal travel. I'm guessing if the 735 piston bore/stroke is the same as the 750 then it won't matter which one I use. However, if the 750 is larger (or the 735 is the same size as the 635) then I'll have to get a 750 m/c. I know I'll have to get some new brake pipes made up as the m/c connections are on the 'wrong' side for a Highline 635. |
