Yuk. How can anyone eat all that fat? He must have been chewing for hours.
I prefer: 1 rasher with fat removed, 1 sausage split down the middle, some
egg, some white pudding and some beans on a piece of toast. 4 of these
makes the perfect Sunday breakfast for me. mmmmmmmmmmm

"I ended up only using 22 slices, which is about a pound and a quarter of bacon. I chose the low-sodium variety for its health benefits."

Just reading this line makes me laugh!!!!

Good fry up black pud - haggis - bacon - poached eggs - fried bread - lorne sausage - beef sausage - mushrooms -  beans - toast and sevral cups of strong coffee. Normaly does the trick.

or if none of those in the fridge have left over pizza or kabab from night before

If you can't be good don't get caught

Blinkin foreighners spoiling a good english brekkie!

A proper full english would have to be lots of black pudding, 2 pork sausages, 2 rashers of smoked bacon, 2 slices of toast (or fried bread for extra heart attack!) 2 eggs, beans and mushrooms fried in a little butter.

I grill all mine (poach the eggs) and let the fat drain off so it's not quite as bad as fried and still tastes great!

Mike

P.S. I do really like Haggis but for breakfast? nay lad!
