Just got emailed these pics of the most awesome 5 I have ever seen. Love or hate the new 5, this is one of the most awesome looking cars I have ever seen!

More like a fire reathing dragon than a car!

Here is the write up, sorry about the language but it is a direct translation so may not make perfect sense!

The Swabian tuner LUMMA DESIGN continues 500 R-S the series with the CLR at improved Premium vehicles. As basis this time the current BMW M5 . The High performance sedan receives a comprehensive Body kit with spectacular optics, a new chassis, an Racing exhaust system, numerous Interieur Accessoirs as well as an increase in output for still better road performances from LUMMA. Its premiere celebrates the driving machine on the salon Geneva, improved according to all rules, 2007 as Showcar at the conditions Swiss of the Tuningspezialisten Forcar car accessories.

BMW sets with its m-models on the high speed concept. With the M5 that does not behave differently. Its ten-cylinder engine has the character of a racing car engine. But in accordance with the old running driver wisdom achievement one can never have enough "also 507HP is too little. Thus to get the extra Kick? Answer: to LUMMA and on 560 HP orders increase the output! A comprehensive electronics optimization of the controller is mandatory. Larger metal running catalysts and an Racing exhaust system kitzeln additional Pferdchen from the V10. The Vmax abolition ensures for the fact that the Bavarian express tops 327 km/h.
LUMMA spendiert the CLR 500 R-S also a schickes engine optics package. It consists of an air collecting tank and an air cleaner housing of carbon as well as red cylinder head covers. Bitebite bites for the eyes!

Impressive feature by widening

LUMMA widens the body of the M5 in front and in the back over in each case 5cm per side.  the spectacular Body kit belong a new front spoiler bumper, wheel arch widenings and a tail apron bumper. The latter exhibits an optical highlight with the impressive Racing diffuser, which integrates itself - run-typically black painted - extended over the whole tail width and one final pipe on the left and on the right. LUMMA probably knows the fact that most road users will get only this side to look at.
The CLR 500 R-S has a boot lid in lightweight construction made from carbon fiber kevlar fabric with integrated tail spoiler outline edge for better downforce.

Powerful wheels in 21 tariff

With topic LUMMA sets wheels on its own special creation. The noble, three-part wheels consist of a combination of aluminum and high-grade steel. They are highly polished and possess a titanfarbenen wheel star with five spokes, which branch out y-foermig in each case to the felgenbett. LUMMA sets 11.5x21"with tyre 295/25 21 on true size and installs its sends wheels in powerful 10x21" with tyre Yokohama 255/30 21 in front and in the back.

LUMMA also tweaks the chassis giving the car an even sportier feel, and puts the CLR 500 R-S 40 mm lower.

A LUMMA Racing exhaust system, contributes to the increased output of the CLR, equipped with running catalysts, gives a throaty roar and sends goosebumps of excitement dancing all over your skin

In the interior LUMMA have provided Lamborghini orange. Suitably LUMMA offers the other interior parts in orange carbon. Also the Winterlinger tuner of the external finish adapts the instruments. Therefore also the Tacho, whose scale extends LUMMA to 360 km/h, is orange. The steering wheel designte by LUMMA is formed ergonomic, so that the driver has the zuegel of the CLR 500 R-S always surely in the hand, and captivates by his noble carbon/leather combination. Pedals as well as a footrest from anodized aluminum procure the final touch in the cockpit, provided with the LUMMA signature.

I actually think it makes the car look a lot better. I don't really like the F1-style rear splitter, but it is at least on a car that might actually use it.
Ciao,

I'm completely unconvinced!

The black bonnet makes it look like something by Honda Tuner 'Spoon'

So by my reckoning it's a 'Spoon' M5.

It looks a lot better than the standard M5, mind you thats' not hard. I don't like the wheels though. I think that back splitter and those two big exhaust pipes looks brilliant though.

I think on a car like that, the carbon fibre mixed with the paint work lets the look down.  If it was just one colour it would look better as it is a pretige vehicle rather than a muppet mobile.  To top it off the wheels are too much and don't suit the car, so they need to be changed.

I like the rear diffuser though, looks good on a suitable car.  The front skirts should be toned down a little, to give it a more cleaner and classy look rather than a 'max power' look.

Needs to be in Carbon Black!  Not vulgar orange, makes it look a bit "Roooooney" Focus ST'ish in that colour...

Overall looks good, if you can ignore the colour.

It's the new Sport package from BMW. Available at all dealers from April 1st
2007. The tyres are the latest run flat items from Nankang. They're so good
they don't need any air at all.
