Im not sure about the gilmour.  Ive got one of these on order too, but im gonna give that to a friend.

This one works with the karcher yes, whereas the gilmour works with the hose attachment

I Have the gilmour and find it to work quite well, still playing with settings and mixtures of products but works well, slightly different foaming action though.
