there is a Hotel across the road although it is a bit more expensive but handy for anyone who's stuck and it keeps you close to rest of the group

I've passed the details onto Webdunk for anyone who needs them

On the Hotel note an advance non refundable room can be bought now for £53,but be warned in prevoius years i have paid no more than £39 (It`s all about playing the waiting game to see when cheap rates become available)
