for e.g. Penelope = Posts: 4601 [3.39 posts per day]

no, they don't... successive governments want to get old cars off the road (higher emissions, less safety, less taxable income, driven by the "poor people" who cant afford anything better, untaxed, uninsured, unmot'ed...... all the usual claptrap), which is what makes me suspicious to their continued leniency

hmm..looks like the government want people to look after older cars, don't mind doing that..

And it only cost me 175 for the year march 31st 2007-2008[see initial thread post]
