Paul,

Good news on the wheel wobble.

Im still looking at a 85 Quatro.... £6500 stg. So the wheels may never happen.

There is always something tempting out there. Im looking into the posibility of buying an Audi Quattro Turbo.

Yours are Reps?? Do the balance ok?? My worrie is that I end up with a wobble. Also are they staggered?

Thanks

Mick

Certainly are mick, I am suffering with a bit of wobble at the moment but my upper control arms do need changing and the suspension bushes do. They didn't wobble when I first got them, they do need balancing depending on what tyres you use. Mine have avon ZZ3's and do go out of balance. The reps are 9 1/2x18 at the back and genuine ones have 9x18 and aren't polished on the outer face. HTH

They look like Sport alloys on your car to begin with. Personally, I think the ones you have on are a handsome wheel and suit the E39 'down to the ground'. Wouldn't change them and save the money for something else

I might be willing to do a straight swap. I have 17" M5 replicas. What size are your rims?

What a find Kin - they are gorgeous! Ritchie I did suggest the M-Parallels as well but they're too similar to what Mick has already, but then I'm kind of biased!!
