Discovered one of these growing in a front garden near my home:

There's the usual "oh dear" factor about this one, accompanied by much sucking of air through teeth....

It needs re-potting really, with regular good quality fertiliser thereafter...

Careful! I hear they are easy to overwater, especially the front leaves, which can develop rot if unattended.
