You might remember my black M3 getting rear-ended back in January...

Yesterday the Sport Evo was rear ended by another pr!ck who wasn't paying attention at a roundabout. ON THE SAME ROAD !!

Not too bad visually, but the damage to his Eurobox suggests that a strong point on the M3 definately did something and I felt it too.

Also, my exhausts went right through the front of his car and though they aren't blowing now I am worried about what hidden damage could have been done...

How do I go about getting car fully checked out? Can I insist on a specialist inspection? I don't want to accept a bumper re-paint as a satisfactory outcome...

Cheers

Gutted (again) Nick...

When I got hit in my M3 I insisted on a specific specialist doing the work, I had to wave my right to a coutesy car, as the insurers didn't have an agreement with the specialists. A small price to pay for getting the right someone to do a good job.

Sorry to hear it again....think you should stay away from that particular road, when in M3's at least.

You can take your car where ever you wish to be assessed.

What a bugger, you must be gutted .  As LancelotII said you can insist on where you want the car repaired.

Good luck

Nico, sorry to hear that mate, but on the same road, same roundabout, you sure its not you dithering about at the roundabout?   Sorry!

Hope you get it fixed up good, if it was me I'd be insisting on a new exhaust system too, maybe ok now, but you'll be damn sure it'll give you problems not too far down the road.
