hi

im due to buy a 318is this weekend its a old car 1995, but the thing is the one im getting is a 4 door and when i looked around i can only find 2 door coupe in i.s, did they make a 4 door i.s ? any info on what to stay away from would be great.

Congrats on your forthcoming purchase, enjoy! get some pics up when you get it.

Not very sure on this one, but weren't the E36 318is four doors a run out model from 1998 onwards...may be wrong but, I'm sure someone will come along and clarify this..

The 4 door 318is was made for one month only in 1998 I believe! Weren't they all Avus blue and made for South Africa?

I'd check out the V5 to be sure, not sure if there are any differences visually between the 1.8 and the 1.8 16v, but the car may have been fitted with a 16v engine by a previous owner though! Good luck with the car!

Nah mate you got then in all sorts of colours

 

all came with m-tech kit and the 1.9 engine IIRC
