Just curious, really. I might get the wife's car done in the future. I recently saw a very nice darkly-tinted 7-series and it made me think of the tint laws. Thanks again!

I have VERY black tint and passed without problems already 2 times. You planning to tint your glasses or you already have it done? My advice- too dark is good for privacy, but very bad for reversing :) |

http://www.ncts.ie/nctmanual.pdf No word about window tint. What is not banned or regulated- is allowed! |

Are tinted windows legal or is that something that'll cause a car to fail NCT? If tinted windows are indeed allowed, is there a limit on how dark the tint can be? |
