Door cards very time consuming, mine nearly all on,and car looks savage but, plenty of F##ks till i got it!! I tell you one thing it went in easier then it came out!! very happy! thanks BEN. Must put in pictures soon, of the tree interiors,cloth,black leather, cream M5 interior. |

You would need to change the ECU also (E34 had M50 engine whereas the E39 had the M52).
Sensors, etc possibly would need to be swapped also. |

It is a bit of a pig, ive done similar jobs in E36's and i wouldnt be in mad rush to do it again unless i had plenty of time on my hands. If you do go ahead let me know if i can be of any help. Cheers |

Hiya Ben,
Interior is crackin. I didn't change the doorcards yet tho due to laziness... Sounds like a big job with the engine swap. Was half hoping it'd be a straight swap. Once i'd start on the loom and ecu etc. i'm afraid i'd be left with a driveway ornament. |

Hi Mark, How did you get on with the interior swap? The engine will fit, you will need a 525i Engine, box, rad, all ancillaries, ecu and loom, also if its a 95 M50 you need the Keys and EWS im almost sure of. Its a fiddly job but it can be done. Cheers Ben |
