I have just got off the phone with a guy who has offered me an E38 which has been parked up for about 5 years. The car is 10 year old with about 60000 on it, I thought it was a 740i I was phoning about but he reckons it is a 730 Diesel.
Anybody shed any light on these, I know there was German versions but was there many sold in the UK or would it be an import. Going to look at it tomorrow night. |

Think this will be an import - is it right hand drive?

I am probably going to be very very wrong, but I didn't think they did a diesel E38 (or at least I've never seen one). I've seen plenty of diesel sevens in the later shape. |

They did E38 diesels but they were only sold in Europe - also sold were a 725 and 740 oil burners. Google is your friend |
