1995 740i e38 telephone handset display

   The display on my original fit handset has lost all but two characters. The phone still works and I dont really want to change it  Does any one know where I can get this repaired or know where I can get a low cosr replacement.
The hand set is the old fashioned large one  with the curly lead with a RJ45 plug on the end.
Part No is BMW 84.11-8372383 SCN2635A
Any help will be appreciated
