we had the same thing happen to our house when in the process of buying it. previous owner left the heating off, I feel for you. at least your plastering skills will come in handy, sorry, trying to find a positive her for you mate. daz

Sorry to hear that Tommy, thats a bummer.
I just bought my house in December, but 3 days before getting the keys the boiler burst flooding the kitchen. Hope you get it sorted out OK |
