Some awesome speeds, i take it all in Germany.
Why can't we have one road in Britain with no speed limit, would sure stop the outside lane hoggers.(2nd overtaking lane). |

Well, changed up to fifth actually. More pics at Paris Motorshow write-up. The highest speed I've seen to date on the speedo is 162 mph, but the electronic timing (airfield day) showed it to be only 150. |

Tim, quite concerned about this short measure.Presume the Roadster Engines are from the Austrian factory, so should have the 321 Bavarian Gee Gee,s .OR is it the S52 spartenburg special, We should be told. SAFETYFAST |

The engines are shipped over from Europe as part of a complete front suspension/engine module.
I was running at Bruntingsthorpe against what appeared to be a 'stock' M coupe and my roadster was certainly faster, probably due to the freeflowing Eisenmann exhaust. Once past the halfway mark, the runway slopes very gradually downwards and with 162-163 on the clock I thought I was doing well. So I was a bit peeved to find the speed difference. I and others have since checked speedos against GPS, and I can confirm the difference seems typical. |

Still top notch to see anyway. Have you got a link for the Eisenmann exhaust - I have heard about this before but never tracked it down.... would you recommend it? Do you have any other mods in addition to this? 150 does seem conservative but then manufacturers always are. Were you running max revs? I assume your car is de-limited.. Best

I didn't realise yours is LHD. Have you disconnected the limiter? |

No, I was at about 6600-6700 revs, and the car isn't delimited. The only performance customisation is the exhaust. I can thoroughly recommend Eisenmann. I ordered from German website at http://www.eisenmann-technik.de/export/produkte_ex/produkte.php. For English performance details go to http://www.eisenhaus.com/perfdetails.html, and sound info at http://www.eisenhaus.com/sounddetails.html |

Great stuff.. you should try GruppeM's ram air induction - it would work lovely with your set up - particuarly if you had it re-mapped. I've checked their prices and after converting Euros-Sterling Eisenmann work out much cheaper than comparable systems across here. def' on the shopping list!
