Help needed Callibration for Speedometer

   Dear Guys 
i need help. my car is BMW 530iA E39 2001 German version. Normally the speedometer limit is 240km/h plus 10 km in line. totally 250km/h. i get a aftermarket speedometer in white color with displayed 300km/h maximum like M5, cause it looks better and more sportive i think. the range distance or design is the same of M5.
the problem is how or witch software/hardware i should use to callibrate the speedometer?
