Hello all,

Sent an email and had a very nice reply from Duncan, so thanks for that Duncan.

I have had a 5 in the past and now getting a 728i, R plate from BMW as an approved BMW, but the dealer is in Shrewsbury, so have to get her serviced up here, paid for the extended 3 year warranty, so wondered what people thought of Eastern BMW in Edinburgh, as they are on the 4plus scheme, so get 10% discount and reasonable quotes for servicing.

My 7 is getting an inspection 1 on leaving the garage, so should be good to go, but when it needs serviced, has to be done by an approved BMW dealer, to hkeep the warranty straight.

I stay in Edinburgh, so what any thoughts comments are appreciated. What expereince have people ahd with Eastern or are any better elsewhere?

I personalise would recommend Morrisons in Kirkcaldy, a bit of a distance for you to travel, they also do the 4 Plus scheme, they are excellent to deal with as many of the other guys will I'm sure mention.

I have only had one service carried out by BMW since I got my Z3 and that was by Morrisons (Kirkcaldy).

I can second James's comments re excellent service etc. Car was also fully valetted inside and out after the service

Also no problem accepting BMWCCGB Membership card for 10% discount on labour and parts - I don't know if Eastern do, perhaps someone can tell us?

Eastern give the 10% discount on parts, not sure about the servicing though.

Not had my car serviced there so unfortunately can't comment on that issue.
