Alpina Wheel Problem

   Hi All
I have a 2000 740i with Alpina Classic wheels,  however the seal on the split rim where the rim and the hub meet is knackered, so it is slowly losing pressure.  It is the wheel with the center inflator, and the leak is right by the place where the center inflation meets the rim.  Alpina won't sell the seal and can't repair the wheel, and a new one is about �500. 
Has anyone resealed these wheels, if so what was the torque setting for the nuts?
Any other options to save me �500 will also be gratefully received.
