The link to google maps is not working so I will print the route off and bring it on Sunday. Can you all let me know if you are meeting us at the Bridge or not. Thanks Issy

Ok we need to decide. Do the westies want to come over to the FRB and meet us for a drive up the coast or would they prefer to go cross country? I am suggesting the coastal route to avoid any traffic going to Knockhill.

I am going to go up the M90, then turn right at Dunfermline and along the coast from Kirkcaldy past Largo etc. I love that road (will probably stop and drool at the MG garage if its still there) and it brings back a lot of memories of when I used to get paid to drive around Fife.
I know that doesn't suit everyone but I'm happy just to meet folks there.

Issy, I'm going to be in Kirkcaldy for lunch that day so won't get to the bunker in time (I didn't appreciate till now that you were meeting at 12). What time do you anticipate coming out of the bunker and what are the plans for the afternoon? |
What I was thinking was a nice drive up to meet at the bunker at 12 for lunch then we can go in probably around 1pm. I have no idea how long it takes to go round it as I have never been before. But I would think a couple of hours would do it so we will head home after 3/3.30ish. Let me know what time you can meet up with us as it would be nice to see you.

Looks like none of the organisers are answering, I'd be hoping to leave SQ at say 11am with a leisurely drive to the SB. I'll probably be at McD's at about 10:30 for a coffee. I think most people may be going via Stirling though. |
That will be me then!!! As I have already said I intend to plan a route up to the bunker to arrive at 12 for lunch however I have not had a chance this week to look at it. With the little time I have had online I have been concentrating on making sure that everyone is on the list so I could get it booked. I apologise if I have missed some posts. I booked it today for 25 so that gives us a few extra spaces for any late comers. I am intending to get the route planned tonight and I will pm it to everyone on the list.
