PLEASE KEEP THIS THREAD ON TOPIC - GAYDON QUESTIONS ONLY PLEASE

There are still places available for the Gaydon stand this year.

This is always a fun filled weekend away. Some of us will be going down on the Friday and some will come down on the Sat. The show is on the Sunday and I need the names so who's coming. The Club  usually look to us to provide around 15 marshals so please add (marshal) beside your name if you're willing to help out.

Please only put your name down if you intend to attend the show and require a place on the stand. I'm not looking for maybes!

Everyone is welcome to join us for the weekend trip however only BMWCC members may display on the Scottish Stand (please send me a PM for details on joining the club if required) and anyone who is not going to marshal will require to contact the office for a stand pass and wristband.

It may also be worth adding (Friday) or (Saturday) to let other folk know which day you plan to travel down and we will raise a separate thread for each of the fri/sat convoys nearer the time. The convoy is open to all.

Please add your name and forum name to the list then PM me the following details -

Name
Car Model
Car reg
CC Membership number
Travel day - Fri/Sat

The club has also secured a 35% discount for the hotel for club members so I will send details to everyone on the list so you can get it booked.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you require any further info.

This list has been sent to the office tonight. No more marshals are required but there are still plenty spaces left on the stand if anyone is still thinking of coming along. I would like to have a big stand this year as its the 60th anniversary of the club. I understand there are also still rooms available to book at the hotel! This is a fun filled weekend and well worth the trip! Big smile
