Since the impending doom of house purchase has scuppered any plans for an F10 M5 and the fact that I'm not best pleased at racking up 500 miles a week on the E34 I picked up this big old barge at the weekend for the grimmest commute known to man, Clydebank to Rosyth.

2001 728i Sport
109K
FSH(most of it at Klassicks in Coatbridge)
blue of some sort with interior

great big runner so far but slower than a week in the jail, maybe do me some good considering those of you who have seen my driving would say I should've been jailed years ago

Paul, they ordered a Sakhir M5 as a demo which was due in late January, that one was offered to me back in December as they could've changed it from demo to new sale at that point.

Love a big 7 although I'm a greedy bar steward and would have a 750i lol
Defeats the purpose if you were looking to save MPG.
Looks cracking mate, will you be there on sunday?

Now that's a very nice bus indeed. I wish you many a happy mile in her Stevie. That is serious road presence!

The blue and sand colour combo is a favourite of mine.

I thought the best 7er to buy was the 728i. The 6 pot was deemed to be adequate enough to haul her about without too much fluster without draining your pocket. The 740i was the most expensive car to buy, lead like depreciation and a serious drink problem, but it does have a V8 and you know how much I like a V8....

The 7s make nice used cars indeed. If you are ever in the market for a 5er, have a look at what type of 7er the same cash will get you and you will be surprised. I was nearly tempted into a 7er before I bought the E60.
Be exclusive and drive a Petrol 5 Series!
