Issy
Can you add another car +1 to the list please.

That should make a total of 6 cars + 5 passengers
From the North East

At the moment.

Thanks Michael.

Ok guys I spoke to the venue today and all is good for Sunday.
Some points to note....
  1. Please do not arrive until 10am as the gates will not be open until then.
  2. When driving in the grounds please take care and pay heed to the signs.
  3. Pay on entrance at the pay booth.
  4. I will be there when you arrive and there will be marshals to help you park up.
  5. If you have a radio can you please bring it....charged!
  6. Due to the potential numbers of cars if you are not showing your car you will be asked to park in the public car park.
  7. If you are showing your car it must be ready by 11.30 strictly so the judging can start in a timely manor. The judge are going to be busy!
  8. We will have access to a tap and I have asked that there be a car washing area coned off however I must ask that you are respectful of the venue and please do not leave any mess if washing your car.
  9. I am going to hold a small raffle for fun so if you would like to donate a bottle please feel free to bring something along.
  10. The cafe will be open.
  11. And finally as you know we don't take ourselves too seriously in the Scottish Region so remember this is a fun day and hopefully everyone will enjoy it!

I will not have much access to the net from tomorrow so I will be quiet on here after tonight. But any questions just ask and Im sure someone will be able to help.

See you all on Sunday! Thumbs Up

Photos from when we visited last year - http://www.bmwccscotland.co.uk/meets/2013/apr/drumlanrig.html

I believe the SnS cars will go in the area in front of the castle - chained off in the photos
Other cars will be where we are in the photos?

Im not sure Neil I think that area is for buses but I have been told there are none due on Sunday and there is a separate car parking area. But from what I remember is all tarmac! (I think)
That picture is where the show will be held! Big smile

For those meeting up prior to the trip down to the castle I think best place to meet would be Bothwell Services & the trip down according to A.A Route planner takes you 1hr 20 mins so I recon if you meet at 8.30 for a 8.45 departure that will give you plenty time to make it down.
I will be going down earlier to meet Issy to help set up so no need to wait for me at bothwell.

I will be heading down the bigger road to Abington services. Am happy to meet the crowd heading down from Bothwell. What time you will be at Abington area? Jim.
