What's the chances of the garages insurance paying out?

I'd have Tracker on wagon like that! Poor thing will no doubt not be found

Poor bloke, I feel for him.  I've spread the word around the BMW/petrolhead fraternity at work.

You'll probably find that his insurance company will be having a bit of a chat with the garages insurance company.  May take a while but I think the garage will be fingered for it....it was in their care at the time, will be the argument that his insurance company will take.

You never know, it might turn up 10 days after his insurance company has paid out and he has a replacement car sat outside his house.

have you noticed how little attention garages pay to the security of customers cars?, it is really worrying how careless they are, most likely an opertunist who just could not resist a nice car just sitting there unlocked with the keys in it.
My Other Car is a SKODA.. really !
