E38 750iL problems!!!! Help

   Hi all,

My friend owns the above car, his battery went completely flat, he charged it for 2 days on a trickle charge. ( went flat due to accessory DVD player left in overnight)

Apparently since then the Sat/nav and the TV have no sound, they both still operate fine but no sound. the stereo and telephone still have perfect sound. The stereo still auto mutes when the nav tries to make an instruction.

I dont see how the problem would be caused by a trickle charge, and have no idea what the may have happened.

Any ideas?????????
