Rear seats in 99’ 528 TOURER

    I've just bought a 1999 528i Tourer 77k on clock, with a broken rear seat, the bit your bum rests on. It looks like its moved loose on one side as if its slid forward. Does anyone know how to remove the seat. It has 2 rackets for the parcel shelf to slot into that I can't seem to shift?????????  Help
