Anyone who booked tickets before 11.00am today, Sunday the 8th - please contact the office to confirm your requirements. I have sent them an email asking them to hold processing on these orders, and certainly none should get processed before about 10.00 am on Monday. Office phones go live at 10.00am. Any posted after 11.00 am today will be processed - so go on and order them please.

Once again, it's impossible to do anything with the BMWCC on line. Spend ages filling out the form only to get the traditional 'Data Encrypption Error'.

Will this ever be sorted out?

Andyboy said - Will this ever be sorted out?

Howard says - It was never at fault.

If you are using Internet Explorer, try updating your software. Click start, and go to windows update and follow the online instructions. Your system will automatically update. I can only keep our software safe for our members to use - cannot do anything about your computer.

If it still does not work, send me a pm with your Windows version and also your internet Explorer version and I may be able to help.

If however, you are using an Apple Mac then you may not be aware that one of the Apple software releases has a bug in the way that it deals with secure sites, so see your supplier about an Upgrade.

Before assuming that the web site is at fault, check your system first. The fault reported this morning was not a technical one like yours, only a simple omission to allow a zero entry on a field.

If you are still having problems and wish to order tickets, ring 01225 709 009 between 10.00am and 3.30 pm.

I tried the system three times today and it works a treat.

Best wishes

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't appear to be on a secure server.

Booking Tickets IS on a Secure Server, with Encryptic details used.   padlock was not used due to Form layout.
