As i mentioned in previous post, i have the a/c pump off because it was seized, found the pulley bearing knackered, does anyone know where i can get one, it looks like the number is 30BD4ODU, it's a double row ball bearing.

I think mine is on it's way out, as it squeals like a bas$%£& unless the A/C is on.

Can you remove/change this bearing without draining the a/c gas?

I don't think this is possible as it's a right pain to get to, so you have to take the unit off the car, once it's off as long as you have a few basic tools you can get it off pretty easily, then you just have to get a new bearing!!!

These bearings are available,  got mine from a guy I know at a gearbox place, about £20 or so, repair kit for a/c pump from main dealers is over £200.
