For those of you who do not subscribe there is a couple of page article on Ross Harris's Highline 6. It's probable one of the best sixes in the country, but it would have to be seeing that Ross has spent more money on it then anyone else would be prepared to pay. Basically Ross has built himself a brand new six. If you get a chance have a look and be shown how to do a restoration the money no exspense route. Ross has just added another 6 to his collection as he has just bought an ex Munich Legends M6 Highline in exactly the same colour and spec. I look forwards to seeing that beast.

I think a shark fest is needed so that 6 enthusiast can apreciate each others work. Anyone want to sudgest a location and date. I was thinking that we could arrange something on the Last Sunday in May?

I met up with Howard the other day at Rockingham and we spent plenty of time talking about sixes. Anyone near us would of died of bordom if they had been listening. Howard has 3 sixes i think and 7 BMW's. Where is Weston Park near as i have no idea where it is.

Yes, well, if you throw money at a BMW workshop and tell them to get on with it...

Jealousy gets you nowhere. Now I have found where the talk of Weston Park is and the event is on 11th April, how about having a collection of sixes there. My M6 will be taxed then, so I may just come along myself. Unfortunately I'm out of the country until the 31st March from Wednesday so it won't be much use for me to organise things. However, perhaps Ross Harris could set the ball rolling and I will do what I can in the background. By the way Sohlman - its 4 sixes now. Just drove home a pristine 31.5k miles highline today - its won all the concourses in Europe in the last ten years. Will be a shame to put it on the track at Croft. Anyone fancy my old one? Garage is a bit full to bursting.

Joke Joke - tracking it I mean.

I will have to agree with management as to having the day out as have just been accepted this weekend to go to the Indoor classic car show at Alexandra Palace with Ross. To say i am in the dog house does not even come close. I can't push my luck to much. Plenty of flowers and shopping bribery may allow for a day out.

Evening all

Ops , as you can see still bit of a novice at this .

Anyway its only money and you cant take it with you , only someone elses .

It has taken a long time to be in the position to have two very special 6 series , and all we should do is support each others efforts to keep these beutifull cars on the road . Hope that makes sence .

Look forward to seeing your new 6 Howard , sounds fantastic.

Regards to all

Ross

I'm working on it Nigel, but this last two weeks she seems to be in a permanent bad mood with me and i have just bought us a (insert swear word here) kitchen. I will have to play things by ear as Alexandra Palace really went down badly.

Oh well such is life.

As you can read i am feeling a bit down as i have just had a barny.

Oh well cars make me happy

Good luck James, mine gets all stupid from time to time, apparentley its hormonal !!!

Like good old Jasper Carrott says, we suffer for years because of their hormones, then when they run out and a woman stands a chance of becoming remotely human, they go to the doctor to get them topped up again !!

Any news from the IAM yet ?

Best Wishes

Nigel

As for IAM, i have been sent the details, but have been a bit snowed under with work to make my first appointment.

James, some of the Southeast region goodguys are going up to Weston Park earlier than the Sunday.Having a visit to Iron Bridge , bit of Touristic look around.Perhaps Mrs S might enjoy getting away from the Kitchen Sink, in good company( theres never a dull moment) its like a Tonic , could always add a bit of Gin as well!!
