I'm just dipping a toe in the water to see if anyone would be interested in a day out on a skid pan. There arent many wet pans left, most seem to be cradles. Prices seem to be from £50 to £80, approx, for a 3 hour session, depending on numbers and venues. If you express an interest, would you also give your location. |

Nigel, Hi there mate - I live in Oldbury near junction 2 of the M5. I would definately be interested in some skid pan training. I have been thinking about looking into it for a long time but never got round to doing anything about it. Please add my name into your black book. Dan |

Thanks for the replies so far guys. This wont happen straight away, as it has to go into the mag first, and is actually John Safes baby. Your locations are important in helping us to decide which skid pan(s) to use. Dont forget, as long as they can drive, you can bring wives/girlfriends along if you wish, to actually take part. Any more interested ??? Roll up, roll up etc |

I recently did skid pan training at Castle Coombe down near junc 17 of M4. That is still a wet pan. It uses wallpaper paste and water. Cars are E30 320's and a Rover, (for thr front-wheel drive experience. Just thought I would let you know as I prefer wet tracks as well. |
