Does anyone know the correct tyre pressures for an M6 with 8.5x17 and 9.5x17 Alpinas?

They were 36PSI when I bought the car.

After a recent catastophic tyre failure, it appears that the rear tyres are wearing out on the inner edge.

Any advice would be appeciated so my new tyres last a bit longer than the last set!

Munich Legends recomended to me 30psi at the front and 32psi at the rear. The manual will say 37 all round, but english roads are bumpier than german roads where the recomendations were made. As for your tyres wearing on the inside edge it sounds as either your rear pitman arms and or Void bushes are shot.  These are not exspensive and it's about a couple of hours labour and well worth having. I have just had mine down and it transforms the rear end of the car.
