Hello
Anyone know where I can get a pair of mudshields for my '83 635? They're the pieces of tinplate that fit behind the front wheel, inside the wing. Stupidly threw mine away because they were a bit ropey, otherwise I'd make a pair. Dealer wants £35 each, and I've tried Motormec, FAB etc etc! Someone said that it's possible to make E32 ones fit...
Cheers
Dan

Doubt it. Have checked this on my CD-ROM ETK, and the part numbers appear to differ...

Ivan,
Any chance you could check out what the E32 or maybe E23 ones look like, and let me know if they're at least roughly the same shape as the E24 ones? I have the ETK, but it's buggered...
Thanks a lot
Dan

Unlikely that E32 ones would fit; they are a totally different car.

Whatever, I'll verify all this from the ETK when I get home.

OK, have had a look through the ETK. I can't find any mudguards listed for the E32.....
