E36 Transmission Oil Change

hello; can anybody tell me how offen  the transmission oil should be changed on a e36 coupe 325i. And is it a easy job??????????

Although on the box and handbook it says sealed for life and doesn't require changing - but I still would.

There is a bolt on the bottom which is the drain plug and one on the driver's side about half way up which is the fill plug.
Filling is tricky as its hard to get the bottle up there. I used a brake bleed kit to pump the oil in.

I would use either BMW's oil or Redline MTL.
