I saw a brand new E46 with them and richie saw a new topless 645 with them. If you are not sure what Im on about see
http://www.truckxpressions.com/truckaccessories/customwheels/spinning_hubcaps.htm and http://www.customautotrim.com/wheelcov/page_15-01.html

Should we be allowed to confiscate offenders cars?

I thought these were reserved for Fiestas and Novas!!

On an E46? And a 645? Surely these have alloys and not steel rims to fit the spinny trims.

The trims are crappy looking, but I've seen the 'proper' alloy version 24"!! and these look good - Beckham has some on that Navigator 4x4.

BTW, did anyone see "Fifth Gear" waste a perfectly good E34 530i (plus a not-so-good caravan) last week?

They basically tried to set a new world record for the longest jump over banks of sacrificial cars, using said E34 towing a caravan at 85mph.

Result: caravan smashed to matchwood; E34 not looking too hot either....

...but they did attain the world record.
