I'm going to relocate my battery on my 635 csi to the boot, can anyone tell me where the cable run on the M6 goes, better still anyone got photos or diagram or able to sell me the cable harness!! Setting up the car for track days but would like to keep it original as possible.

Seeing that a M6 battery is on the right hand side of the car i would assume that the cables run up the right side of the car. If you take out the rear seats there is plenty of space. If you are completely stripping the car out it's probable worth it, but if the car is going to be in original trim state, moving the battery won't make a notisable difference. The reason why the battery is in the boot on an M635 is because the 24 Valve engine takes up more space and the battery space is used up by the air intake.

Thanks, don't know how much I want too strip it. The interior is unmarked and body work with alittle TLC could be really good, no major rust or dings, the engines abit tired but seems too good for thrashing. Another resto project me thinks......
