Hi everyone out there,
Just picked up a 1989 318i Bronze Met paint, only 46k FBMWSH, its a minter. I want to keep her original a collect it. I really wanted a soft top, but insurance was an issue, im only 24. Does anyone else agree that the E30 is the best looking car ever made, so understated.
Cheers for now

I must admit I might be biased and agree with you.

Sorry i think you'll find a mercedes SL600 alot nicer, although the E30 is hard to beat.

I'm biased, so I would agree with OwenE30, but think of it this way, how many other car designs are there that look so right in saloon, coupe, convertable, and estate form? I think that shows that the E30 design is so fundamentally sound that it's hard to find fault with it.

Gotta disagree, sorry!
Best looking car ever? Ferrari 355. In red, of course.
The 1961 250GT California comes close though. And my Z3 ain't far behind!
Glad to see some girls with nice cars getting involved - especially ones who like it topless.........

Not so fond of the Ferrari 355 myself - I prefer the 456... mmmmmm
Other favourites I could mention are the Lamborghini Miura, Ferrari 250 GTO and 156, TVR Griffith, Jaguar XJ220, Lotus 25, 49 and 79, and the '67 Eagle Weslake. Although I don't think it's beautiful, the McLaren F1 is very handsome (and it has a BMW engine).
I certainly think the E30 is the best looking car for under 3000 though!!

If we're talking ferrari's, It's gotta be the F40, just damn scary to look at!
German cars have a tendancy to look mean though, E30 M3, Porsche 959 and the ultimate!
Audi Quattro Turbo.
Get a sleeping bag, this debate could go on a while!

Yeah much rather have a top of the range M3 to, astons are to heavy. 355 isn't that great to over rated, sound nice but just a big fiat with a horse on the bonnet. I'll agree with the audi quattro, the older coupe one a proper classic. What about the BMW 850i nobody like them? sex on wheels they are big wheels preferably 20" will do.

You're all wrong in my opinion, it has to be the Lancia Delta HF Intergrale Evo 1 for me. The most fun you can have on four wheels, for not too much money...just get it on those 'B' roads with your foot to the floor. Now that's got to be almost as good as a lap round the Nurburgring eh?

Yeah, it's got to be the 355. F40 nice but a bit too OTT. I love my E36 M3 but have started to see a lot more brand new M3's in Berkshire and have started drooling, a lot!

Sadly, these only 3 left in the world: Lancia Delta HF Intergrale Evo 1. They weremade from metal you could read through and rusted the first weekend you owned one. But I do agree still a nice car to look at.
Cool Christmas raffle, who got the knited baby socks?

No baby socks sorry, but there was (and always will be) a car care kit. Anybody have an opinion on the Z4? I personally think it's sex on a stick. The Z3 was a waste of R+D but the Z4 is sooo good looking. Agree/disagree?

Any one for the legendary 'Ford Anglia 105e' One of the only cars you can rest your head on the rear window. Other than that. M635csi, Ford GT40, Gull wing Mercedes etc.
