Hi folks, I'm looking to buy a 730 SE on a G, H, J plate or round abouts.
Any advice on what to look for. How reliable are they.
At the mo I have a E30 320i auto thats giving me problems.
What is the E number of this model 7 series.

E32 owners must be very rare, or don't have access to the internet.

For those out there who may be able to help, how easy is it to repair the following:-
worn stem seals,(does this make the engine smoke after ignition?)
rocker cover gasket,

Hi Rhys

 

Make sure all the electrics work as this can be very costly as I have experenced, I have owned my 1989 E32 for five years and most of the problems can be retified, workshop manuals are available on e-bay (barclays) cost around 80-00. if pruchased I dont think you will be disapointed.
