Dont, the big brown horror keeps fetching his lead, and weve just had a torrential downpour here, no doubt youve either had or are about to get it over there !
Best Wishes

What Rain ?? been sunny all day over here, even took dog for walk @ 7am, sunny then

Getting back to thread, expanded slightly & was thinking what was the best car i owned, narrowed down to either : humber sceptre, Spitfire, 5ts or E30 320.

Had great weather here too by the seaside

I spose my best car ever owned was my 1978 Trans Am 5.7 with nitrous, extremely wide rear wheels, wheelie bar etc.....she was my drag car, Street and Super Street from 1982-9.  Occasionally used her for work too, which upset the fuzziewuzzies alot cos she had straight thru systems with double cherries on each side.

Apart from her, sadly I can't say the BMW has been a good car cos I have only driven her 5 times since collecting her in early April and now I got to sell her anyway

I had a '87 Volvo 480 as my first car.

I stripped it out to make it lighter and to prentend it was a rally car. Had stickers on and everything!

Didn't half handle well!

Call me cynical, but what you're really trying to say is: "why do old gits usually end up as Moderators?"

Ever seen a 635 with automatic gearbox (no wheelspins ...*sigh*) galloping up the drag strip?

Neither have I.... I was drivin' the ****in' thing today

Evening folks,
My first car was an 85' B Reg 316 in Zinnobar red, it had a webber conversion with manual choke (a pig to get going but engine was realy smooth).
The only problem was it was realy cheap cos it was in a flood and had to be restored. sewerage in boot, body work rotten, white mould on seats, mushrooms on carpets. Lots of work done to it by my father (who is a bl__dy good welder and engineer) and a full set of seats from a lux compleat with rear head rests...But it was mine, all mine

The last time i saw Bjork (B469 ORK) was in a scrap yard, two red doors leaning against a pile of twisted metal (sob).
