My brother used to design those 'on a mission' stickers as well as others. I did manage to knock a bit of sense in to him and he now apologises for the error of his ways.

Bargain! Now what you need is white painted 13" alloys, 4 spoilers, burberry seat covers, paint your back lights with bitumen, multiple max power stickers...............

Seriously though, for one pence, you can now sell it on for a profit and gain more cash towards the beemer.

People who put seats in that are so low that all you see are a set of fingers on the steering wheel (and perhaps again the burberry (ned tartain) cap).

People who lean into every corner they turn into. I was behind a bloke the other day who nearly fell out of his window when turning a corner! Sit back for god sake!

Massive arials like the ones on taxis.

Multiple fog lights.

coloured washer jets.

Coloured bolts (the ones that light up).

Tacky italic number plates (the worst and not just particular to boy racers cars).

Multi-coloured seat and steering wheel covers.

This thread is good therapy.

....those tacky-looking headlight covers which attempt to replicate twin headlights. Millions were spent trying to develop brighter headlights; why cover them up again?

What about burberry covered passengers?

Painted bulbs in the front lights and rear lights that appear to have been modified by covering them in tar!

Viper stripes.

Windows that have been tinted with cling film and a black marker

16v/V6 badges on 'modified' shopping trollies.

vinyl sunstrips that are a foot deep.

The list is endless.

Mine:-
1. furry dice!!!
2. Lexus lights
3. extra exhausts
4. bonnet scoop
5. oversized rear spoilers
6. max power stickers on rear (or K&N or other stickers on doors)
7. erm... better get back to work!

furry dice, check. lexus lights, check. extra exhausts, check. bonnet scoop (for gods sake!) check. oversized rear spoilers, (only a matter of time before these kill someone) check. max power stickers are a good thing because they tell you what you are dealing with!!

work!?! definately sacrilege!!!

neons? umm, why? surely if your lowering is for cosmetic reasons you don't want to make it look high again???

Probably because most people who read Max Power these days aren't old enough to drive, so they all have to get a lift  a_smil17

On the way to Croft, we went by the NEC at Birmingham just as the the Max Power show was closing.

Based upon the cars we saw, the current fashion seems to be items 2 thru 6 on your list. Not sure about #7

The other trend seemed to be to get at least one more person in the car than is comfortable. Maybe it's a cheap way of lowering the rear suspension!

A few of them pulled alongside us and had a good look at the M3. They then went on their way with puzzled expressions on their faces as they seemed to be unsure if it was modded or not Probably a bit too subtle for their taste.

I would agree with your list but would like to add underbody neon lighting
