hi if your going to change the lot i would go for bilstein what sort would depend how much money you want to spend and what ride you want put them with eibach springs and i dont think you can go far wrong, you also have a lot of bushes anti roll bar, t/arm ect on the rear that might be worth getting checked before you start spending your cash on shocks/springs only to find you still have the problem..

I think Miles is right, uprated shocks need to be matched with the springs to get the best out of them. And you would have to change the fronts too if you go for the sport version. Not a good idea to have a low firm rear with a high soft front!

Depends on how you like your car to ride and handle. Personally, I prefer firm suspension, so if the front shocks are pretty old too, I would go for the sport shocks.

Its probably not worth getting the sports shocks unless you go for the sports springs at the same time.

my car is a bit wallowy on the rear end, had the two subframe mounts done yesterday, at a superb bargain has helped a bit, but i think its about time to change the rear shocks, is it worth buying the standard ones, or do i need to save for the sport shocks?????????
