My 88' E30 320i auto is going, I'm now looking forward to picking up a 318ti compact on a 95' plate auto with leather interior

anyone have any opinion on these cars, good or bad.

Its been a funny old game..
Stated off looking for an E38 740,
Test drove a beaut, but was sold when I came back of holls

Then looked for a 5 series, but the ones I fancied were sold or were a bit boring inside (dull). Also looked at the older ones, but the milage was a bit high - though trim was nice.

Next door neighbour brought his newish 3 out of his garage, drop dead gorgeous interior, dark red leather and light wood trim... one day... (this amde me think 'why do I need a big car, there is only myself and my partner)

Looked at a 3 on auto-trader. wanted an auto pref' with leather and found this..

Now I just have to wait till next week to pick it up after they service it and give her a good valet..

Can't wait... is it next week yet?

Well Done Rhys...I'm sure you will enjoy it as it doen't have all the "driver aids" to get in the way of your enjoyment.

Next week starts soon...I remember having to wait one week before I could collect my M5....I couldn't believe a week could be so long.

should be fun as I've just pulled a few spins on a roundabout after heavy rain. The back end just went and passed me a couple of times. Ended up facing the wrong way just passed the junction I wanted to be off. Thats an E30 for you (didn't bother me a bit, pulled into the next layby to check round in case a tyre had gone. Put it down to grease on the road).
Apparently the compact is a bit skittish as well.
