Back on ebay with them then. At least I didn't pay too much for 'em. I'll put myself back in the garden where I belong! Doh!

I WAS RIGHT!!!! They're wheels from an E36 323i coupe!!!! Oops, think someone somewhere's made an expensive mistake, don't you!? I can see a large cabbage making its way inexorably towards this thread with ill-deserved confidence Edited by Horsetan |

Oh god I hope not. If i was any greener i'd be a complete cabbage. Maybe I should stick to bikes. I understand them. All I know is that they have 7J x 15 H" written on them. In fact I think you can look at them here; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7914386538&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT Does anyone recognise them? |

Oh dear. Is it possible that you might have lumbered yourself with a set of wheels designed for a 3-Series, which had a totally different offset and which wouldn't fit a Six in a month of Sundays?

I've bought a set of 15" wheels for my six off of ebay. I have no idea what they are off as the bloke was a bit vague. They measure 8.5" wide and have 225/50 s fitted so I hoped they bolt straight on. No such luck. I know I can get spacers and alter the offset to suit etc. Where do I get these spacers from? German and Swedish, my usual parts supplier are unable to help and all I seem to get from google are american and greek sites. Does anyone know of someone, preferably near my Twickenham/Kingston base that who I can give the car to who will sort it out? Without removing a limb from me. Or are the spacers i need readily available. Can I adjust the offset myself? How? Yours in hope
