Great day out, realy enjoyed it. This was my first propper outing with the car club.
(even if I ended up going round in circles trying to find it thanks to guys at Jaguar garage for directions..)

Took a few piccies, hope they come out. will post on here when I get them done.

Big thanks to Kim and everyone at Scotthall BMW for holding this event at their new showroom, and for letting me use the ramps in their 'huge' technical department. (Know what's rattling under my car now, turned out to be a worn bracket..) Also to Howard and everyone else behind the scenes at the club for organising it.

Very nice display of cars, had to prise my partner off the new silver 6 parked next to Howards white 635CSi.

Well worth getting lost for

I fully intended to go but something else came up bigcry. Something that I would really rather not have been doing. That would be taking strong painkillers due to a really bad tooth. All I can say is B******s and next time someone says you should go to the dentist regularly listen to them and don't leave it till you are in a lot of pain.

I PM'd Howard asking him if he knew who the cars belonged to as I didn't make a note of the names (I was there with my other half, and decided to take some snaps. If I'd been asked to take photo's I would have remembered to make notes..)..

Any way, this was Howards reply:-

1. The white 6 is mine. (I wish..)
2. The red E30 M3 is Tony Whithams
3. The red Z1 belongs to Bruce don't know his last name.
4. The Alpina came from Mallory park section I think

If anyone recognises their cars, please add to thread and I'll caption them..

..other film's still in camera, will dev as soon as finished. Can't remember whats on it now. Will give Scotthalls an e-mail about piccies they took, got talking to their phototgrapher so might be able to come up with something, though can't promise out.
