Jimmy, I spoke to a Mr Hill, who mentioned that he lived on Teesside, about an e39 alpina spoiler or something ages ago. I see that you own an E39 and that you're from Middlesbrough. It was just a guess.

p.s. You don't owe me any money!

Cheers, Mick

Jimmy, your name also cropped up at our meeting a while ago. We were listing popular BMW websites and someone mentioned your name and the large number of photos you posted.

Cheers, Mick

That would be good, Jimmy. Saw you're posting elsewhere about Donington. Are you going?

Ultimate Road Trip for the Ultimate Driving Machine...

Tie up with all the other regions and each region take their part of the coast of the UK and Ireland and drive it, a region to region relay around the coast roads.  Would be a brilliant trip, not that difficult to organise and could be a charity relay raising money for either one main charity or one or two regional charities.

Combine the fun of driving your cars with raising money for charities too.  Get as much sponsorship and coverage as possible and get the club in the news and just have a great time doing it.  You can easily get ferry companies to donate crossings so the route can take in the whole of Ireland, have BMW dealerships that have petrol/diesel sales to donate fuel etc.  Would be a brilliant achievement for everyone who took part in it.

Just an idea
